"There were 5 of us all in our early 60s. There was so much room in this house! Big kitchen and 2 living room areas. Great master bed and bath. The backyard was the gem of this property. Pool and outdoor cabana were perfect to spend a hot day lounging around the pool. Lots of shade if you need it. Location of the house is perfect! You could walk across the Bridge of Lyons to the historic district. The host was very responsive to our quick questions. We will definitely be back!"

"We were all impressed with the Tiki nest - the back yard was like you were in Key West or Hawaii - very nice and relaxing. We ate all meals out except breakfast - but everything was there - we just didn’t use it. There’s so much to see and do in St Augustine we really kept busy. The check in process and communication with the host was very easy - our vacation was great."

"Overall, the inside of the house was nice and worked out well for our group. The house was nicely cleaned and the AC worked very well, which was definitely needed to survive the FL heat. The beach isn’t too far away and it was relatively easy to get back and forth each day. The beds and couches were pretty hard and not super comfortable, but was fine to sleep and relax on for a few days.
