“I stayed a week at this City Park Basement Apt. It was a sudden visit and I needed a certain location. Communication with the owner was respectful and informative. The previous reviews I read were accurate; the basement apartment was wonderfully appointed and perfect for my needs. The neighborhood felt warm and inviting, (Loved the locally owned coffee venue across the street. Also, there were several small bistro-type restaurants (excellent) nearby.
