"We would stay at the cabin again. The location is secluded enough to be quiet but close to all the local places you would want to go, including a public beach. The neighborhood is a wonderful mixture.of homes from affluent to not so affluent. The river adds a nice ambience for the location. Streaming on the TV worked well. Overal a great experience for our getaway..Comfortable and clean, Cute as the pictures!!! "

"Very comfortable, inviting stay at the Beachy Cape Coral getaway after a long journey from Minnesota, trying to get ahead of back to back Winter storms. So when we arrived at this beautiful home, it was such a beautiful place to rest and rejuvenate. Everything worked as advertised, we had no trouble connecting to wifi or the NFL playoff games when we arrived. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!"

"Just spent a wonderful week on beautiful North Captiva with our family. The house had everything we needed and the property managers were great."

"When we got there, we realized there was nkt a welcome packet or any directions on how to obtain the parking pass, so we had to check in with security everyday until we got one. The house itself looked good on the surface but we noticed that there was only a half roll of toilet paper, no dish soap or sponge, very minimal dishes, and the bathroom fan didnt work at all, and looked as if it had not been cleaned in a very long time. "Nails are protruding above decking and a safety hazard. The slider needs a new lock and currently not secure. The dish washer quit working. And, we had demolition next door with loud construction equipment and the smell of diesel exhaust. Considering the cost, we were quite disappointed. We enjoyed ourselves when we were not at the property."
