"I didn’t like that the advertised rooms did not match the actual rooms in the property. The pictures used were misleading. I would never have paid such an expensive room for what we ended up staying in."

"The property exceeded our expectations. The on-property activities were great, even with traveling with our older children. They enjoyed the arcade, pool and mini-golf each day to wrap up our days. The layout of two adjoining suites was a perfect setup. People on the property were very polite. Owners were great communicating, one of the best I worked with. My only gripe was nothing to do with owners. Tina made it clear i did not need to join a sales pitch. They had a great offer so I did...

"The first room we got checked into had fleas, but we contacted the front desk and they were able to put us into another newly renovated unit which was much nicer, had a better view and was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they compensated the issue with the room by waving the resort fees and giving us a gift card. "

"We celebrated our adult kids 21st and 23rd birthdays during our trip. The resort was wonderful and relaxing. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the game room. We visited many nearby attractions. Our 3 bedroom until was the perfect size for our family of 6!"
