While the owner did respond quickly to messages, there was no reimbursement offered after the first night when the air conditioning stopped working, which made the stay very uncomfortable and we were forced to stay at a nearby hotel. "Terrible experience. Me and a group of friends were scheduled and confirmed to stay here on New Years Eve and was in contact with the owner beforehand. The day of NYE I was never contacted on how to enter the home even though myself plus members of my group reached out to the owner multiple times, and so we had to last minute change our plans.
