"Our stay was excellent! The staff was very professional, courteous and kind. My husband and I were in Syracuse for a funeral, and the front desk representative was extremely hospitable, making sure my family was comfortable as we gathered in the lobby near the fireplace with our extended family after the funeral service. The hallways were quiet, and we had a very restful sleep. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. Furniture was outdated, but it was not a problem for us. There was evidence of many other upgrades in the lobby: a fantastic coffee machine with complimentary coffee 24 hours a day. The breakfast was great and plentiful. Overall, we enjoyed our 2-day stay and if we need accommodations in Syracuse again, we will go back there! "

I called the night before to confirm and upon arrival, even though we were even earlier than expected, the front desk was happy to accommodate us. Hotel room was perfectly adequate - clean, quiet, and worth the price! Staff was friendly and welcoming. We would stay here again!"
