“Half the lights in our room were burned out. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and they didn’t tell anyone. When I called the front desk the just made excuse. The parking garage looks like it’s going to collapse and has been this way for at least three years with no repairs. Staff is willing to help you depending on who you get so it’s a toss up. Overall they need to know their place in the market and price accordingly if they are not going to keep simple maintenance up or provide safe areas for customers……

“We literally only needed a place to sleep while in town for a dance competition. The room was what was expected. The beds being so comfortable exceeded my expectations. The desk staff were friendly and inviting. My only complaint was the smell of cigarette smoke in our bathroom in the middle of the night and early morning. We were in room 203. Made me thankful I didn't hang my daughter's comp costumes in there. The lighting was dim, even with all on. Which was only a problem for me when applying……

“I stayed here with my girlfriend over Spring Break and had a wonderful time! Anne and Allen were truly gracious hosts, the decorations were lovely, the bed was warm and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious! ”
