Cottonwood -  A welcoming 2-bedroom apartment with tasteful, charming décor. This offering is convenient to the village of Cooperstown and the Dreams Park.  This 2nd floor apartment has a private entrance and off-street parking.

Guests are invited to relax on the covered porch that overlooks the pristine yard, abundant with well-groomed flower beds.  The apartment has wood floors throughout the common areas and carpet in the bedrooms. 
NOTE: your hosts live on the first floor.  You will have your privacy, but they are close by if you need assistance.

Cooperstown tournament
My daughter and I stayed here while my son was at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The property met all our needs and we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend to anyone visiting Cooperstown.
