Great resort for families with kids

Great kid friendly resort! They seem to focus on families with kids, not couples or single adults! There is a spa but their concierge department is lacking. The tours were not organized, not many offers. There are boats in their marina but someone needs to organize the tours better. Since this resort ...

First of all, jacuzzi and sauna only for one hour for the whole stay, which sucks, restaurant very expensive, not great food, nowhere to go, nothing to do! Also, 1 hour ride with boat, expensive too and pay for parking; not for kids!
