“Arrived late at our stay and then realised that we had in fact booked for the weekend after! Disaster after a 6 hour drive and very little options. We apologised and explained the error to our host. Amazingly and also luckily the host immediately went to work setting up an alternative glamping pod for us to stay in. The place was immaculate, hosts are extremely friendly and everything about the trip was perfect and as described. We will certainly be returning.”

“A truly excellent and charming location. A charming, independent garden outside with a fire pit, table, and chairs. The interior is even more magnificent, well-maintained, and above all, equipped with everything you need... meticulously crafted. The table that converts to a bed was a simple but brilliant idea, the bathroom is enormous for a cabin, and the stove is truly wonderful. The only downside is the very narrow road leading to it; unfortunately, there's not much you can do about it... but……

“Had an amazing stay at stairway to Devon. Nathan and Helen are fantastic hosts from start to finish. The cabin is stunning with all the added extras that make it special. The cabin is immaculate with everything you need for your stay. I think the local cider and homemade chocolate brownies was a really nice touch. If you are looking for a relaxing retreat with your partner with amazing views of the countryside then this is the place for you. Will definitely be back. Our two chocolate Labradors……

“We had a lovely stay. Cottage was perfect for two. Very cosy with everything we needed and very quiet. Very thoughtful touches left ready for us including a basket of logs for the fire and a hamper of goodies for our dog. Perfect location for exploring the area. We walked miles! Recommend a visit to Tar steps, Valley of the rocks and Baggy point. Also stunning beaches at Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton. Would recommend this cottage to everyone.”
