The second bedroom offers a delightful blend of versatility and coziness, featuring a full bed and a twin bed friends, this space provides ample sleeping arrangements for everyone to rest and rejuvenate.


Want to check-in early or have a late checkout? Let us know two days in advance, and for an additional fee, we'll do our best to accommodate your request. , and if your property has a grill, please note there is a cleaning fee of $29.95. Awesome condo
Great condo in safe neighborhood furniture tv and beds are awesome and comfortable. Would go back. Only little point is that it should have a decent frying pan. Only had a small one for eggs. You can rrserve without any worries place is really awesome and comfy

Very clean/modern. Surprised with location….part of Disney/Orlando Kingdom! Miles and miles of very similar, nice gated condo communities. Kitchen could use frying pan, more dish washing towels/rag. Several miles from town of Davenport was confusing.

The property itself was very nice, exactly as listing however, getting in touch with someone when there is a problem was terrible. We stayed there in the Christmas holiday, we were locked out of our unit because the battery in the keypad to open the unit died. We slept in our car on CHRISTMAS night with my 14 year old because we were unable to get in touch with host or anyone else, Was not able to get any accommodation until about 9:30am the next morning

The property is huge! It’s really easy to get a little confused finding the location using GPS but the security on site was really very helpful! The condo was also beautiful. I loved the ambiance in the kitchen/dining area! The only negative was there had to be pets there prior to our stay. There was dog fur on the rugs and sofas. Also ants located in the master bedroom and walk in closet. I know sometimes the pest can be unavoidable so the only real downside I’d say is the fur left all over. Overall still a beautiful property

Great location for a central Florida vacation. Perfect size for our family, but could easily accommodate more. Resort staff were friendly and helpful. Pool area is nice. Even with the crowds this week we didn’t have an issue with anything on property.

Much needed long weekend
My husband and I stayed here along with our 16 year old daughter and her 16 year old best friend. The condo was beautifully decorated and very welcoming. It was just like the pictures. The check in was very easy. We chose to drive to the clubhouse as we felt it a little to far for us to walk. If we had to say anything negative it would be that the clubhouse needs more lounge chairs as we never got to use them. Would probably have been able to if we were there as soon as it opened and not an hour or two after. They are in the process of adding a another one close to the condo we stayed in so maybe that will help. All in all we had a great experience and will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Good choice
I was concerned about staying in Davenport, but it is convenient to most Orlando activities. We were in the area for a family graduation and we were only a few miles away from the group. The condo is nicely decorated and spacious. The only negative is we flew in a couple of hours early and the property management group charged us 56.00 for early check-in and we arrived around 2:00 instead of 4:00. Sadly, where is the customer importance?

The property was extremely clean and well equipped. Residential neighborhood for Disney visitors.
The problem was the location was not accurate. On the Vrbo site it was stated to be in Davenport and unfortunately it was 20 minute drive from Davenport which is where we needed to be. The property was very nice but it was a 40 min walk to club house and pools as the on-site one was not open.

Disney trip
This villa was extremely clean. We were convenient to a Publix and several restaurants. We did not use the clubhouse or pool as we just ran out of time but did ride over and take a look at it. I will definitely take some down time to enjoy the pool and clubhouse next time. It was very nice. We will be renting at Champions Gate again!!!
