First time staying at a Great Wolf Lodge. Was a wonderful time. Onsite food selection was great and easy to order ahead of time if wanted. Waterpark was as expected. Many other activities available to keep the kids entertained was a nice touch. Arcade is expensive and having to pay to park were my only disappointments. Otherwise highly recommend!

Check-in staff was beyond friendly to start with! Love the secure aspect for use of the elevators, and the breakfast is phenomenal, changing daily with quite the spread and again friendly staff! The rooms were beautifully done, and ingenious --from the spaciousness under the beds to the universal bathroom door, and doorless shower, to the beauty of the wood/general decor. The rooftop bar was nice the one night we went, with a gorgeous view of the city. The only suggestion we would have is to possibly look into Valet parking or to make the parking that is available with 'in-and-out' privileges if staying at the hotel. Otherwise you're spending an arem and a leg if you have to drive. We would absolutely stay here again! :)

I feel very glad my husband and I chose Felix Hotel for our stay in Chicago during early June. The location was great for our purposes, there were plenty of food options near by and the complementary fruit and coffee/tea in the morning was very helpful to get our day started. We felt specially welcomed by Crystal at the front desk. Her friendly personality will be forever remembered as one of the highlights of a wonderful trip.

There charges are not clear, unnecessary security deposit, long hold period and I don't even know if they refunded my security deposit as haven't received any bill/receipt post checkout

We love where this is property is located and all the amenities. The pool was closed the 2 days we were there which was disappointing but the weather didn't really cooperate either. The staff is very accomodating and attentive.
