The kitchen is fully stocked for total convenience. The living area consists of a new sofa/sleeper, and a large mounted wall TV with patio doors that lead to the most spectacular view of Emerald Green water you will ever see.
The Master bedroom is totally remodeled with new carpet and a half bath with a new designer vanity and mirror and lighting. Followed by the full bath totally redesigned with a gorgeous standup shower, new recessed lighting, and new vanity, and mirrors. Bunkbeds are located in the hall for convenience for the young ones.
The unit has a washer & dryer for your convenience.
Crystal Sands 104A is located in the popular Crystal Beach area and is close to Destin Common and Bass Pro Shop, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Harbor Walk Village, and many other restaurants within minutes away.
This condo is few and far between because it offers you clean, relaxation, and the most beautiful sunsets you will ever witness while sipping on a glass of wine or just enjoying a tall glass of iced tea.
