In true Mediterranean style and spirit, this two-story luxurious vacation home is a relaxing retreat designed to connect guests to its gorgeous natural surroundings through large windows and doors that access patios, terraces, and balconies with breath-taking ocean views. Crystal Cabana features five spacious bedrooms, five and one-half baths, has private parking for four vehicles, and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.
Light floods the first floor Great Room area through a wall of windows providing vivid views of the emerald-green waters beyond. Gleaming natural-tone hardwoods flow through the open concept area connecting two conversation and entertainment spaces. A modern electric fireplace and beautifully curated furniture pieces ground this inside spot and pair well with the covered balcony space and its luxury furnishings just outside. The dining area is defined by custom light fixtures, a luxury area rug, and a modern driftwood gray dining table with seating for eight.
Nearby, the open ultramodern kitchen is well appointed with custom cabinetry, modern range hood, high-end stainless steel appliances, and an endless granite countertop with bar stool seating for five which creates the perfect spot for enjoying an adult beverage paired with tasty local seafood offerings. The first of this home’s two King Suites with private luxury bath featuring a soaker tub and walk-in shower is found on this level. In addition, designers have included a powder room/half bath and laundry on this floor for added convenience.
Moving up the grand staircase to the second level brings guests to four more professionally decorated and spacious bedrooms. The Master Suite on this level is impressive with Gulf views and a private, newly updated ensuite featuring a giant soaker tub and indulgent spa shower. This Master Suite boasts access to the second-floor balcony that spans the entire width of the house This balcony is shared with a third King Guestroom, which also faces the glistening gulf and has a private ensuite bath with walk-in shower. Luxury continues into two more Guest Bedrooms beautifully curated in upscale coastal design - one with a king-sized bed and the other a queen - each of which boasts a private ensuite with walk-in shower, as well.
Crystal Cabana’s guests enjoy exclusive access to Destiny Shores’ fabulous array of amenities within easy walking distance. A guest favorite is the upscale community pool framed with a lushly landscaped pool deck for catching sun rays and graced with a charming gazebo to catch the ocean breezes. A fully equipped Fitness Facility is open to guests at a club house. Destiny Shores is one of Destin's most exclusive neighborhoods, primely situated on gorgeous Scenic Gulf Drive running along the shimmering water of the gulf and begging for further exploration of local dining and shopping. The popular Victorian styled Crab Trap Restaurant at James Lee Park is nearby with pavilions and an expansive boardwalk supplying added beach access.
