“This is my first choice when I having business trip in Phnom Penh. The staff duty on Monday night was helpful and appreciated that he remember my name. The room and the facilities in the hotel are clean & maintain in a good condition. Only I minor issue is I can’t order the breakfast during the reservation in this apps @ the same time. Hope it will be improved when I come back next time.”

“The overall experience was quite good, and the location is excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
However, there is one area that needs improvement: cleanliness and attention to detail. In the room, I found footprints on the floor, hair stuck to the bathroom wall, and stains at the bottom of the toilet bowl. There were also tea stains on the cups and trays.
Similarly, in the restaurant, the tea cups, trays, and spoons were not perfectly clean. I hope you can pay more attention……
