“The overall experience was quite good, and the location is excellent. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. However, there is one area that needs improvement: cleanliness and attention to detail. In the room, I found footprints on the floor, hair stuck to the bathroom wall, and stains at the bottom of the toilet bowl. There were also tea stains on the cups and trays. Similarly, in the restaurant, the tea cups, trays, and spoons were not perfectly clean. I hope you can pay more attention……

“Normally, I would have never actually stayed at this hotel. By mistake, I didn’t have a visa to re-enter Vietnam and I was stuck on the Cambodian side of the border for a week. I wanted to stay as close to the border as possible and it just so happened, this hotel had more reasonable rates than the others nearby - along with more room photo appeal. The check-in process is mostly done through your Expedia, Agoda or other travel app. Oddly enough, the hotel accepts USD but doesn’t have……

“The room was not ready when we opened the door, had to call down to get it cleaned, the hallways and corridors are filthy, the one-bedroom suite is well set up, the cooktop was an induction cooktop but no induction cookware at all. Staff was good, BUT the day before we left at 10 a,m one of the staff members walked into our room without knocking, apparently he was in the wrong room, luckily for us, my wife and I were not being naked and intimate on the sofa again at that time. The pools were……

“Loved this place! Very clean and gave us a chance to relax at the end of busy city days. Supermarket & mall just around the corner and very Grab tuktuk to anywhere in the city. Apartment was very comfortable and tv and washing machine a real bonus. Nice staff ”

“Great location - quiet end of the beach! The bungalows were lovely. Hospitality wasn’t great - not he warm welcome and customer service we’d had before coming to the islands. Sun beds on the beach were a great bonus although you need to get out early as there’s not enough for all paying guests.”

“I must stay in this hotel when I come to Phnom Penh. The environment is excellent. Facilities like swimming pool and the gym is nice and well maintained. Will stay in this hotel again during the next trip to Phnom Penh.”
