"年少、小６の子どもを連れて行きました。 二人とも大喜びで、夕方から夜遅くまでずっと遊び続けていました。 また、同じ年頃の子も多くいるので、自然と遊んでくれます。特に海外の子どもとも遊び、急に英語を話したり、本当にいい経験になったと思います。 清掃についてはいくつか気になる点はありました。（部屋のぬいぐるみにポテトチップスがいくつもついていた、浴槽な髪の毛が付いていたなど） とはいえ、スタッフの方の対応も良く、子どもも大満足してくれたのでリピートしたいと思えるホテルでした。"

"Our stay was reasonably comfortable, except for a few small factors: 1. It’s a shame that they allow smoking in the rooms because we are non-smokers and smoke particles cannot be completely eradicated from the room even with a room humidifier and spray fragrance. So we could not be as comfortable as we normally would be had it been a non-smoking room. My request to the property is to create more non-smoking rooms to be available or completely eradicate smoking rooms, period! Because smokers...

"Our stay was great. Checkin was easy just use the machine add your details and get code of the room. Room was good, we had view of Shinkansen and trains.
