“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grace. The apartment was modern and very clean. The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to everything we needed and also a bus stop 1 minute walk. 15 Minute bus trip into the city which is so much more convenient than having to take the ferry. A little pricey but it's what you'd expect for that area.”

There is a wonderful mix of old well-maintained homes and flashy new modern ones, all with beautiful gardens. All day long, neighbors are out walking their dogs. This apartment is in the middle of a beautiful block. Two minutes in one direction and you are at the neighborhood corner with coffee, pizza, a grocery, a high-end produce market, and a pharmacy. If you go the other way, to the end of……
