"I was staying at the Grand Palladium Jamaica resort during hurricane Melissa and staff tried to make the guest comfortable and they did their Best even know that Melissa was the worst Hurricane to hit the island . I am definitely going back just not in Hurricane season. pool area was nice, food drinks and staff wonderful."

"I would say the hospitality from the entire work staff was impeccable, even though we were there at possibly the worst time in history during hurricane Melissa the staff made sure that everyone was safe and well taken care of outside of the fact of us not having any running water or air-conditioning.
