“My reservation was for a 1 bedroom.Got put into a 2 bedroom because the host falsely made available a 1 bedroom she did not have. I contact the host to inquire on an "extending my stay" through hotels.com again. The host does not respond. Rather, goes on insisting I must now move a different 1 bedroom unit after unpacking, having a fridge full of food that would need to be hauled to another floor of the building. She replies "I'm not doing you any favors" and starts sending messages in WhatsApp……

“Spent a romantic weekend in Nairobi with my partner, and this apartment was the perfect choice. The apartment has modern decor, comfortable bedding, and great balcony views. In the evenings, we could enjoy candlelight dinners at nearby Kalamata restaurant with wonderful atmosphere. Exploring the city during the day was convenient, and we could return to enjoy private space in the apartment. Front desk also arranged airport transfer service for us - very thoughtful.”
