"I really liked this hotel. It was right in the middle of the old town, next to the cathedral. Stepping into reception was lovely, as it was so tranquil after the busy street outside. The interiors are very chic. Our room was comfortable and a decent size. We faced onto the square behind the hotel and it was very quiet. The only noise was the church bells in the morning, but with the windows closed you couldn't hear them. Our only issue was that the air conditioner could only run for 80 minutes at a time. We managed to change the setting which was a big help. I would have liked the air conditioning to have been a bit more powerful as the room was quite warm, but it had been very warm outside and I don't like heat so this might not have bothered others."

"This was one of the nicest places we stayed in our whole trip (5 weeks). We had a two bedroom bungalow which was very modern and comfortable. Major pluses: The kids had their own bedroom with proper beds (separate single beds and not sofa / pullout style); **TWO** toilets! Clothing storage in both bedrooms including hanging space; Free self-serve coffee in the reception area; Plush carpet and very large couch; Very convenient to Europa Park."

"5 star experience at this 4 star hotel. Impeccable service, great location, beautiful hotel and reasonable prices. Large bathrooms were a plus. The only critique is that i wish the A/C was colder and/or blew harder in the room. The room was cool-ish but at night I needed colder temps. I would absolutely stay here again. You are made to feel that they've rolled out a red carpet for you at check in (felt like a VIP) and they were sure to greet you any time you returned to the hotel. A++"

"The hotel was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was very centrally located and everything around Strasbourg city centre was easily within walking distance. The hotel doesn’t have parking but the public car park was just across the road and was safe and secure. Overall the hotel was in a great location, clean, tidy and comfortable. "

"The hotel was absolutely charming, with a warm ambiance set in a quaint rustic town—an ideal escape from the bustle of Paris. The rooms had a great vibe and view, offered quality amenities, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. It was a bit warm during our visit, so we really appreciated the in-room AC. The only drawback was our timing—visiting on a Sunday and Monday meant much of Obernai was closed, which made exploring a bit tricky. Still, it was a lovely overall experience!"

"We stayed for 4 nights here, & quite satisfied with this hotel, we arrived early & early checkin was allowed, thanks to the reception staff!. The room size was OK, but only one bath towel & no hand towel was provided, breakfast was good with lots of choices & coffee was excellent. The location is excellent, very close to the railway station, & early access to any places of interest. Overall I enjoyed my stay here & would definitely stay again!"

"Excellent clean property, staff were very helpful. Transport to Europa-Park is very easy, bus stop is right outside the hotel. Train station is only 10 minutes walk away for travel further afield. We will definitely be staying here again. "
