"Property was very good. Clean and comfortable. Easy access to the highway. Friendly desk people. Good breakfast options. Only drawback was $5 parking fee. Seemed a little silly."

"Have stayed at this property for a number of years. Always consistent quality, hospitality, and amenities. Very convenient to Colonial Williamsburg. Current construction of 37 new townhomes is not as intrusive as we thought it may be. This is our first stay in the last 6 years and we were surprised by the new parking fee of $20/day+tax. If that was disclosed in advance, it was not clear on Trivago when we made our reservation. Hidden costs diminish customer satisfaction for what has been a superior experience in the past. Current staff as always are very courteous, welcoming, and helpful. Fitness center is well equipped. Clean, comfortable unit met all of our needs."
