“Amazing with ease of access to the beach and restaurants ”

“Condo is great and just as described with great beach supplies! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to stay at Ocean Villas. This is no reflection on the condo itself, but the property has some pretty strict rules I wish I would’ve been aware of, such as the pool closes at 8 PM and quiet time is at 10 PM. We were on the lanai a little after 10, aware of the time and were being pretty quiet but were still asked to go inside.”

“Good:Good communication with the manager even though we arrived later in the evening.Good price for the location.Short walk to the beach and good base for exploring the area.Nice having access to one of the cleanest pools I've ever seen.Lots of room.Slightly less good:Nice to have air conditioning even if it was a little loud.Short on a TP and dish towels for a family of four but overall well-stocked, including beach towels & gear, lots more things you might have forgotten.A little hard to find……

“The place was great! Loved being able to walk right to the beach and around the corner to Turtle Bay Resort. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bathroom was fully stocked. The Nespresso coffee was a wonderful surprise enjoyed our morning espresso on the Lani. Having Kona's in the fridge and Gatorade zero for the morning was so so nice after a long day of flight info mix ups. Thank you for letting us stay in your wonderful place. ”

“The location is stunning! The condo is perfectly situated to adventure on the north shore and enjoy the brilliance of the area/beaches in walking distance. We look forward to returning! The condo had everything we needed. Communication was prompt. Checking in /out was a breeze. ”

“The condo was great in every way! Perfect location in Turtle Bay. Pools were lovely and we enjoyed eating at the restaurant on the golf course. It was also a very short drive to the Ritz and we were able to enjoy the restaurants and rent beach chairs there. Highly recommend!”

“Access to this condo was very easy. The condo was fully furnished and clean. The location was great. We were able to walk to the Turtle Bay resort which is beautiful. You should recommend the Lei Lei restaurant in your description also within walking distance. Other than the unit being a little outdated it was a perfect place to stay.”

“Excellent, central location on the North Shore. Beaches, food trucks, hikes, shopping....all in either direction. Walk to beach aceess from the property as well. Saw turtles at this beach several times while snorkeling. Very safe, quiet gated community. Great value. Very clean. Would stay again.”
