Jimmy the concierge was amazing and very accommodating, the housekeeper did an excellent job, and having a security guard at night made us all that much more comfortable. "We traveled with our 20-something kids and their partners - 13 total in our group. The house and grounds were perfect - plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms, spacious and varied common areas (where people could be together or find some quiet areas), a well-stocked kitchen (and big bbq), outside game tables, a pool with pool toys, and of course right on the beach with kayaks, SUPs, boogie boards, etc. We had a blast. Arturo, the concierge, helped with rental cars, airport transportation, all activities, and recommendations pre-trip and during the trip. Housekeeping was available throughout. The neighborhood is great. Are there glitzier houses for rent? Maybe. But this one was perfect - a 10/10 experience for us. "

"This was the perfect house for our group of 13. The house has 9 bedrooms so we had plenty of room. The downstairs kitchen/dining/living area is open and roomy. The kitchen is very well equipped. The highlight is the patio with swimming pool that opens up onto the beach. just spectacular. the pool cabana has a bar, ice maker, and gas grill. We spent most of our time enjoying this beautiful space. daily walks on the beach.The location of the house is great, as well. very close to stores and restaurants as well as other beaches. we rented golf carts to get around. never needed a car.house staff was great. daily cleaning of the house and patio/pool area. very friendly staff.the owners were also great to work with. they answered all of our questions via email prior to our trip so there were no surprises. they also hooked us up with companies to book the golf cart rentals, airport transportation, excursions, etc. They have really assembled a great team to make your vacation easy and memorable.We highly recommend this house for large groups that are looking for a relaxing vacation in a beautiful setting."

"Relaxing and quiet stay. Check in process easy and staff was helpful. Villa was clean with frequent housekeeping service. Highlight was the pool which is accessible to all guests. Beach is a 10 minute drive away or 20 minute walk. Grocery store Super La Muralla nearby along with small restaurants serving breakfast and lunch."

"Quiet and beautiful. Very friendly staff. Clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Loved the pools and the two nearby beaches. Wish coffee was available in the rooms but we found a great local coffee shop a short drive away."

"After reviewing over 50 options for our visit to Costa Rica, we kept being drawn to this villa. The look, location, amenities, all the stars aligned. We stayed for one week and truly enjoyed host's hospitality. Kitchen is fully stocked with all necessary kitchenware and utensils for breakfasts at home, although there are great coffee shops just 5 min away as well. It was so relaxing to see the sunrise on the roof with jungle sounds within feet, sipping excellent Cafe Britt. Howler monkeys came to visit and chill on the large tree every morning around 8 am, right behind the fence, no need to visit a sanctuary to observe the wildlife. The pool is large and is cleaned weekly by property management, and skimmer is available just in case. Beds were comfortable with good linens. Air conditioners work great, although we were blessed with excellent weather during our end of April stay, so we used the aircons only few times. Brasilito with famous Conchal beach is 15 min drive, and you can walk to great entertainment and black sand beach in Potrero itself. Tamarind, El Coco all within less than an hour ofo driving. Property manager Patricia was always responsive and extremely helpful. So grateful to the hosts for letting us enjoy this unique space. We'll definitely be back to Potrero and Costa Rica. Pura Vida!"
