"It is all very nice and smooth. I have stayed here several times. However this last time I had to call the management because it was time to check in and I hadn't received the email to complete the check in, so I couldn't get in right away. But I was happy that a person and not a recording took my call and solved the problem immediately. Besides this, it is always very nice. Also the staff and the food at the restaurant attached to the hotel, Barcelona, is amazing. I feel at home there. "
