"I enjoyed my stay but the rates kept going up. They are ripping the tourists off. My first week was 588 the second was 675 and if I would have stayed another week it was going to be 802. I have travelled all over the United States and this has never happened before. "

"Sharon and Carol are fantastic! Breakfast was always amazing! They are lovely to visit with also. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. Our room had its own porch to sit out and relax. Our room had goodies, coffee, tea, a small fridge and microwave. I have an allergy to food and the ladies were great at working with me. We walked downtown but could have used the trolly if we wanted as there are two stop close to the B&B. I highly recommend this B&B. "

"We have always wanted to stay at the historic Basin Hotel. Eureka Springs is our favorite place on earth. The hotel was right in the middle of everything and it was like stepping back in time! Having the shuttle service was a game changer! I also love that the hotel had daily activities like the free wine tasting tour in the old speakeasy. That was a highlight!! "

"We were able to check in a little early which was a huge help! When we got to our room the smoke detector was chirping. I called the front desk and they had maintenance at our door in less than 5 minutes to replace the batteries. After swimming my husband went to get a few more towels. They explained that many other guests had been by to get towels and they were out at the desk but someone would bring us some. Less than 10 minutes and someone was at our door with more than enough towels. The front desk clerks helped up to figure out the trolley process to make it downtown for shopping. We have stayed here twice now and will continue to return!! They are so accommodating and care about their guests! "

"My boyfriend and I stayed for a weekend getaway. Amber was amazing, she is friendly and welcoming. Our cottage was very clean and cozy. She told us about the best places to get dinner. It's very close to shopping and dining. The breakfast was amazing and the coffee was great! Overall the service was excellent. We definitely will stay there again. "
