"Great space. It worked for me and my son because he could be in the main room and I could be on the sofa bed and I could snore like nobody's business, wake up early, make coffee in a full kitchen (gas stove, regular fridge, dishes and cooking wear, washer and dryer) and could watch my own TV and etc, while he is sleeping in the bedroom. Plus, I love that area. Tucson, in my opinion can be very ugly, but there is some areas outside of the city that are pretty and have cactus on hills that looked...
