Not that easy to get in. We had issues with the code and the door key broke in half!. But staff on phone were very helpful. In that area having a car is an issue Q park is close, there is no loading zone and parking attendants move you on quickly if you park in permit zones. Also note there is no elevator. It is a good location for everything , Royal Mile and castle close.

Perfect location for travelling in and out of Edinburgh city centre, with a bus stop right outside the guesthouse. Check in with slick and smooth and Kingsley were very accommodating with an early check in after my delayed journey to Edinburgh. My room was super cute, cosy, clean and comfortable! Loved the little Scottish touches of a bottle of irn bru, water and biscuits! I had the best nights sleep after a fun filled day in the capital and would highly recommend staying here! Looking forward to another trip soon!

It is an older building, but it is charming. It's in a great location (right by the Haymarket station) and there were great food options nearby. It of course was hot during in the heatwave as there was no AC, but that's to be expected.
