"First time staying in Alabama. We rent vacation houses many times per year and I can say our stay here was wonderful. It is close to the road, there is definitely road noise, but it didn't matter, the house and the view made you forget the noise. The bed was beyond comfortable! We lost power one night (the entire area, not a house issue). I messaged the host and received a response within minutes (at 9:30 pm). She called the power company and it was back on within 30 minutes. We also requested an extra night stay, which we were so glad we did. I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay!!"

"Booking was a breeze, communication was excellent, check in was a breeze. We walked in to beautiful soothing music playing on the TV, with lamp on so we could check out the home. We were greeted with a fresh clean environment and beautifully decorated home. We had a relaxing wonderful stay. While you are in Mentone, don’t miss out on going to eat at the Mad Hatter Cafe. It was an awesome experience."

"Husband & I stayed for a long weekend. Location was close to stores, had everything we needed & many boat launches. Although we didnt have our boat this weekend, it wouldn't have been an issue. Covered boat parking with power/lights. Cabin is on a busy hwy, road noise was loud during the day. Easy to find & easy/fast communication with owners. Would rent here again but only a cabin towards the back. Glad we stayed, thanks for having us!"
