I don’t think this is really a hotel. Even finding the entrance is difficult. There’s only one staff member in an area that seems to be a mix of a reception desk and a bar, and it’s impossible to find anyone else. On the way to the room, there are abandoned items and clutter everywhere. It feels more like a storage area than a hotel. The room doesn’t have towels or slippers. There isn’t any still drinking water available. The water in the minibar is chargeable, and all of it is sparkling. Don’t be fooled by the four-star rating.

Very friendly stuff. ❤️ Great location. Very clean. Claudia, Alessandra and Ludovica ❤️❤️❤️ The Aperol at the rooftop bar..disappointed 2 * And the sandwiches at the rooftop bar 2* All the rest was great, didn't had a chance to try the restaurant. Thank you all❤️
