The beds were comfortable, the pillows as well. The down filled comforters could’ve been bigger (twin size) but were sufficient for my needs. The staff were friendly & very helpful in helping schedule transportation for the many tours I had booked (1 per day), the breakfast had a great variety & was plentiful. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Staff was lovely and attentive. Breakfast buffet was clean, well stocked and had a great selection. It was nice that there was a bar lounge area to sit in, in case you wanted a drink in the evening or another place to sit beside your room The hotel was close to bus routes for travel around the city. Would stay there again.

The location was very convenient to the tram and bus service. The room was spacious for the UK. The breakfast was AMAZING! The staff were very helpful. Only negative was the chair in our room was visibly quite soiled but other than that the room was clean and the bathroom was great. We loved our stay here. Highly recommend!

Great location and relative value if You want to both visit Edinburgh city and do daytrips on your own by car. The carpark was very convenient. The bustrip to the city center was a bit slow due busstops every 2-300m. However if you get a good seat on the second floor of the bus You'll get a cheap city tour. Breakfast was basic but ok. Overall I thought this was good relative value in an expensive city when it comes to hotel nights.

I absolutely loved staying here and my 11 & 12 Yr olds were excited as well. My daughter literally didn't want to leave. The room was clean, smelled clean and lots of towels. Brilliant staff, very helpful and friendly. Free WiFi is definitely a bonus. And parking is reduced by half compared to parking on roads. We enjoyed having our breakfast at the hotel and I especially had three cups of plain lemon tea, which was Amazing. 100% recommended.
