Hotel is in a quiet location and within walking distance to restaurants and the ICE District. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious. Bathroom is a bit dated but it was clean and had everything we needed. We had some extremely noisy “neighbours” and we eventually needed to call the Front Desk to help with that as it was 3am. Security handled things well which we appreciated. Overall it was a good experience and would recommend - especially for the price.

We like to stay at the Matrix Hotel whenever we are in the city for a concert. Not far from Roger’s if you’re okay with a walk. We stayed in the Sterling Suite and loved it. Starbucks being attached is a huge bonus and the food from The Culinary Unicorn was awesome. Parking is okay but hard to get when busy.

The front desk staff were very helpful and accommodating. Room was spacious and nicely laid out. I would have liked to see a soft/firm pillow option like many similarly rated hotels as the one option was not the best for my specific circumstance. Great location, looking forward to staying again.
