There are two 55-inch TVs, charging stations and wall hooks throughout, and a stocked kitchen ready for your next gourmet meal. All this and you are only a short walk to Avanti's Diner, Pressed Coffee, and Frontier Park. And, only a 5 min drive to Presque Isle, the Bayfront Convention Center, Waldameer, UPMC, and more.

Our home is designed to make your stay in Erie as stress-free as possible so you can have a fun and memorable trip. Our home includes:

- Private entrance with keyless lock so you can come & go as you please
- 4 bedrooms (1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 Full bed - 2nd Floor) (1 King bed - 3rd Floor)

- This is an entire home that is part of a duplex so it is not suitable for parties or large gatherings.

- For liability reasons, we can only allow the number of guests confirmed in the reservation on the property at any time during your stay (maximum 8 guests).

- Quiet hours are between 11pm-9am.

- For everyone's safety, there are two security cameras on the outside of the house. Any tinkering or manipulating of these cameras will cause your trip to be canceled immediately and without a refund.

- On Sundays, our property manager pulls the outdoor trash bins for the weekly trash collection service. He will return the outdoor trash bins to the backyard on Mondays.

My SIL and I stayed in this little gem for just one night during a quick trip to Erie's Warner Theatre and Presque Isle. The house was easy to find, clean and well appointed and offered more than enough space for the two of us. Off-street parking in the rear of the house was a plus, and the host provided detailed directions to the pad. We really appreciated the host's suggestions for local drinks, dining, and desserts, as well as the sound machines in the bedrooms to help mute street sounds through the night. Communication from the host was friendly and prompt and made the entire process a breeze from booking to check-out.

Great getaway in Erie!
We rented with Sarah for 5 days, 4 nights. Everything about the process was smooth, from check in to check out. We loved the location, close to everything Erie and the house was outfitted with everything we needed to feel perfectly at home. We loved the design elements inside and the kids loved the 3rd floor bedroom where they could relax and watch tv. The property was super clean and well maintained. We instantly felt at home. We also loved that the host had all the restaurant suggestions posted in the dining room. We tried a bunch of them and they did not disappoint.

Very nice townhome
A very nice comfortable older townhome probably built in the 1930s or 40s but has all been modernized and updated. My two children and my wife as well as I all enjoyed our stay. Close to presque isle and several good restaurants. We would happily stay there again.

Perfect rental house
From the check in process to the check out process, everything was perfect. The home was immaculate, and had that old home charm. More than enough room to house a large group. My friends and I loved the location of the home as it was very close to restaurants, Presque Isle, and shopping. I would definitely stay at this home again!!

A nice place for a weekend getaway
It was clean and convenient to all of the main Erie attractions. But parking is limited, as it says in the listing, it is a little tight for large vehicles. The rooms were nice and the atmosphere is super relaxed. I would stay again.

What a great find. One of the BEST Homes we have stayed in. Great location. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Home was very clean and well stocked. So nice! Comfortable, amenities were appropriate and very clean. The beds were perfect with nice linens and the towels were fluffy. Very close to a lot of Erie attractions. Easy check in and easy check out.

Nice place, close everything, old charm
The house was styled nicely and had a lot of old charm. We did appreciate the parking in the back instead of the front. It felt more private. The beds were insanely comfortable. We put our son in the double bed with portable rails and that worked just fine. The sound machines were great, although we brought our own. It was also nice to not need to supply paper products, trash bags, or shower items. You could just bring your stuff and that was nice. The exta fleece blankets on the bed was nice too. Only downfalls are that it isn't super quiet. You can here the street and trains a lot, but our son is a sound sleeper so it was okay. The stairs are also super loud though. They did wake our son, but no deal breaker. It comes with the old house charm I suppose. It was close to everything in Erie too. One suggestion: black out curtains or roller blinds in the bed rooms.

Great place for a get-away.
This Busy Mom needed a break, so I found this adorable place to call my own for five days. The house was clean, well-decorated and had everything I needed. Plenty of bedrooms and close to everything. Would stay here again.

Squeaky clean and central to long weekend in hometown Erie. FThe house was cavernous and family of 4 had plenty of room to stretch out and stay out of eachother's way. Full kitchen was a bonus. Comfy King sized beds (yes, plural) in a bright and thoughtful space. We'll be back!
