"Property was hidden a bit which was nice, free breakfast was great lots of options and was actually hot. Room had a full size fridge, dishwasher, two burners on the counter top and nice microwave. Very clean all around, definitely will stay again when in the area. "

"I was there for a quick overnight stay on my way back to Illinois from NY. I checked in a little after midnight, and the front desk employee was friendly and efficient in getting me checked in. My only suggestion…assign rooms to women traveling alone on a higher floor. It’s really uncomfortable to be at street level with windows with no opaque curtain blocking the view. "
"By far one of the better options on Erie. Clean (other than carpet), great staff, plenty of supplies, spacious rooms, and comfortable. Walls don't seem to be insulated, but slept well after long day in the sun. Can't hear outside talking, so not too bad. Coffee & tea in rooms, microwave, mini fridge, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottles in shower - all a big plus! AC worked great, water pressure good, beds comfortable. Would def stay again."

"The check in process was so simple & smooth. The receptionist was also such a friendly lady! The location is next to some major fast food chains and only a 15 minute drive from waldameer! I am glad I looked passed the negative reviews and gave this property a chance because it exceeded my expectations. "

"I arrived late. Staff was super accommodating the hotel was basic what was the best price in the area with good air conditioning and a nice clean bed. I overslept and they gave me a gracious extension of my checkout time. I even met the owner who is on site and was super 😊 nice thank you "

"My family and I go to this property usually at least once a year. When I wipe down the room the wipes are always still white and clean the property is always very very clean. The staff is nice. I never have any problems when I go here the cleanliness will always make me return. We are also a fan of the breakfast. My daughter loves the waffles.❤️"
