“Bed linens had hard browm stains on them upon arrival”

“The mattress in room 208 is completely blown out or misshapen. Either way, I can't be the first person to complain about it. Also, there was no ice machine. We were on the road for two weeks, in a different hotel every night and this was by far the worst.”

“First room assigned was still dirty, had to take kids and all our luggage back downstairs to get a new room assignment. Other people we traveled with had to wait 2 hours for their room to be ready”

“Great location, very near restaurants and water theme park but also at a quiet location.”

“Front staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Suite was perfect for our family of 5 with 2 separate bedrooms and a pull-out couch. Walking distance to mall and lots of shopping. Breakfast was decent (typical free hotel breakfast) and well-stocked. Pool area was nice and clean as well. ”

“We needed a rollaway bed for our youngest. It was filthy, stained and ripped with springs poking through. One of the beds had dirt and crumbs in it. Looked like it wasn't re-made after the last guest. Ants in the bathroom.”

“The staff upfront gave me a very hard time with checking in . I called to request early check in the lady upfront said yes when I called at 11:08am she said she would call me back . Another hour passed by and I called back she said they were in the process of cleaning the room . I arrived two hours later and the room was not ready and they have someone else the clean room when I arrived it had turned to 3:40pn before my room was ready I will not be booking this hotel ever again . ”
