“The heat/AC system would pump out very cold air for 5 or 10 minutes before acually heating. I was pretty sure when I booked this stay it said there was breakfast included. All they had was coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.”

“It wasn't the best but it wasn't the worst. It was under renovations so it wasn't the best kept when you walked into the hotel. Our room was a little dusty, and the shower wasn't all that clean at least to me. Everything else was fine. Sheets and towels all seem to be clean.”

“Breakfast was hot and fresh. Rooms were spacious with great amenities. Location was close to many stores and restaurants. Overall a great deal! ”

“Room smelled like smoke & urine (room listed as non-smoking). Bed was so rigid it felt like laying on a trampoline. Only stayed two hours & checked out. Gross place.”

“I did not enjoy me stay. The staff was watching me and my family from the time we checked in until the time we left. It made us feel very uncomfortable. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone and I will never give them my business again ”

“Front staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Suite was perfect for our family of 5 with 2 separate bedrooms and a pull-out couch. Walking distance to mall and lots of shopping. Breakfast was decent (typical free hotel breakfast) and well-stocked. Pool area was nice and clean as well. ”

“The staff charged me for the room instead of just the deposit and then gave me attitude when I informed them the room was paid through Expedia in full area. There excuse was that “third party bookings” give them a hard time. That is no excuse to double charge me and just try to hand me room keys like all is well. All is not well. You just charged me full price for the room and not the deposit. The “oh well” attitude from the staff was unbelievable. The lady also called me by an ungodly word……
