“The room itself was clean and the bird OK. The location was sort of in a heavily traffic area so there was a lot of noise all night long plus it was located near train tracks so very often you would hear the sound and feel the vibration of trains going by that being said was fine in end of itself however, some kind of crazy family with multiple rooms was placed next-door to us who arrived at midnight so we were woken up too much screaming yelling door, slamming door pounding, and apparently fist……

“First room provided had hair in the tub, no hand soap or Kleenex. Front desk staff was very accommodating and provided a new room. Carpets and rooms a little dated but bed was comfortable. ”

“Front staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Suite was perfect for our family of 5 with 2 separate bedrooms and a pull-out couch. Walking distance to mall and lots of shopping. Breakfast was decent (typical free hotel breakfast) and well-stocked. Pool area was nice and clean as well. ”

“The entire reason we chose this hotel over another was because of the pool. Extremely disappointed to check in and learn it was was closed with no prior warning … I would have chosen to stay elsewhere. ”

“Pool was closed down for maintenance, the bar did not seem open. Breakfast opened at 7, so could not take opportunity to try in the morning before baseball games. Our room with the kids happened to be right above th ballroom that had a party booked that night, luckily the music did stop by 10pm. Was hopeful for more from Marriott ”

“The pool was outdated and hot tub jets didn't work. Overall cleanliness was poor. Whole hallways smelled of marijuana. Mold in showers, doors and handles in showers all falling apart. Hotel is very outdated, carpets, furniture and beds in rooms all had stains. All in all the hotel just left a lot to be desired and there are WAY better options in the area at similar price points.”

“The staff charged me for the room instead of just the deposit and then gave me attitude when I informed them the room was paid through Expedia in full area. There excuse was that “third party bookings” give them a hard time. That is no excuse to double charge me and just try to hand me room keys like all is well. All is not well. You just charged me full price for the room and not the deposit. The “oh well” attitude from the staff was unbelievable. The lady also called me by an ungodly word……
