“We had our family together for a college graduation. Penthouse was spectacular- We had a private party on roof deck which was exceptional. Food and service was top notch across the board. The location was beautiful. Such a memorable way to celebrate. Highly recommend ”

“The location was good with vacation necessities nearby - a great brewery, (Zuni) wine shop (Amendment 21) and Italian restaurant (Tiny P's) Safe & easy walkable neighborhood with bus stop steps from the door. If you can't find parking, hotel across the street will sell you a spot ;)”

“This place was perfect! We came for a concert at Mile High, easy to walk to Larimer Square (restaurants) and then home from the show. Was great to have access to parking. Thomas was very responsive and the staff at front desk were very friendly. Place was well appointed and just as described, the only problem was we were too busy to stick around and enjoy it more! Would definitely stay again!”

“Loved our stay at the Espadin on Zuni. Property was very clean, quiet and a great location! Balcony had lovely views! Open and bright space with nice kitchen, entertainment, and bathroom amenities. “We enjoyed the kitchen for breakfast gatherings, pool table and TV area. I loved the spacious area in the main house. The third bedroom is small and doesn't have a shower, however this is workable. We had 5 adults and easily used the extra space for spreading out. The absence of a shower is mentioned in the description, therefore I rated the description as accurate. “What a neat place. High tech and modern. Tons of room. Great outdoor space too. Walking distance to grocery store, great restaurants (Snooze, Marco’s Coal Fired Pizza & Aloy Thai) and secure parking. Host was quick to answer any questions and even helped us fix the coffee maker. “This was an easy reservation made so by the host. The property was spotless, in a great location, and perfectly appointed as described. I would recommend staying here for 1-2 persons, though I think the couch is a pull-out if the host allows for up-to-4 people. Appliances and amenities were top notch!”
