“This listing is just perfect. The description and photos are spot on. Being unfamiliar with Omaha/Council Bluffs area I didn't realize when booking just how close this location is to the downtown Omaha area. We were conveniently just minutes from the bridges to downtown but felt a million miles away from the traffic. This home was the cleanest rental I have ever stayed in. Absolutely spotless. The only issue we had was upon check-in but I believe that was an automated system failure and once I was able to connect with the hosts, they were more than gracious in helping make things right for us. The many, big windows looking over the street give this loft a ton of natural light and a really cool vibe. We had some issues checking in (not Andrew’s fault) but he solved our problem quickly and got us in. Communication was fantastic. Highly recommended.”
