“Unfortunately this home is extremely dated and not as advertised. The carpet, bedding, kitchen, bathrooms etc was really low quality and obviously very old. The backyard is not at all set up for entertaining, the pool was extremely dirty and the backyard was a mess (I know there was some bad weather a couple days before but that doesn’t explain all of it). This home needs massive renovation/updating before it is rented out again. ”

“Great location! Near fast food, nice dining, and shopping. Less than 3 miles to Koch arena. Hosts were very responsive and house was more than enough room for my family to be entertained and relax. Definitely will reserve again when back in Wichita.”

“We had a great stay overall. The host was friendly, responsive, and communicated clearly throughout the process. The home was just as advertised and worked very well for our group, with plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable.There were a couple of areas where the cleaning could have been a bit better, but we arrived about 30 minutes early and the cleaner mentioned they were still finishing up after the previous guests had left the floors in rough shape.
