"I booked this hotel based on the beautiful photos and glowing descriptions on their website – what a mistake. The reality was a completely different story. The pictures showed clean, very neat room. but what I walked into was outdated, poorly maintained, and honestly felt dirty moldy place. The furniture was scratched and worn, the bed linens looked like they hadn’t been replaced in years, and the bathroom was cramped and had a weird smell.its was a non refundable room but will do my best to...

"This is a great place to stay on a budget. The owner stayed up late for us after we had a flight delay, we arrived at about 2230. The room is large, the bathroom works and they provide breakfast to your room at 0700. They also can arrange your underground river tour, they walk you straightaway to the boat.
Also, know going in that it is a small budget place in the jungle, they may or may not have any hot water. "

"It’s called “Bills Tourist Inn” so we thought they would have some info about anything. They couldn’t help with tours, any information about what and where to go and couldn’t even recommend a good restaurant, so we were on our own. Hot water would come and go and there wasn’t any WiFi to help us figure things out. We basically had to walk into the Main Street for everything anyway so we should have just stayed closer. "

"The first room was very dirty, and the bed sheets were wet and.. Sticky?...
The second room was *fine*, but still the walls and all surfaces were very dirty. "

"Basic room , used for short time stays. Not suitable as couples holiday room.. Don't make same mistake thinking the tourist inn is same as the hotel side. Not that I checked out that to compare."

"The rooms were clean and it was what I expected it to be. I had a corner room with a great view of Cebu, The breakfast was awesome with some Filipino choice of dish. Bulad and my favorite longanisa. The buffet in the main floor was exceptionally wonderful! On a friday they offered seafoods and I believe I got more than what I paid for. Seafood was fresh and it was cooked perfect by the chef!!! I will definitely stay with them again!"
"Staff was very helpful. Rooms were bit dated with old furniture and curtains. Two of the main swimming pools were under maintenance. The other pools were very busy and not really clean.
Limited options in the breakfast and very crowded.
Access to the town is not great, You have to change from Resort travel to local travel which takes 15-20 minutes to reach central."
"All my family enjoyed a lot in thier short stay
Excellent hotel they love it and satisfied
And htier highly recommended with friends and family
Also too they enjoyed a lot swimming and food"
"After my flight was cancelled due to the owuas strike at the Kuwait airport, I messaged the staff on both Expedia and WhatsApp as I had limited service and they never responded. Because of that they gave my wife a hard time checking in as I originally booked just under my name. Luckily another staff member had common sense. The bar staff in the lobby helped other guests before us despite us sitting down first and waiting for menus. The breakfast staff was phenomenal as always and are probably the only reason we would come back. I have one more trip in 10 days, I hope it goes better. Room was nice, hotel is super clean."
"Plumbings clogged if u leave the shower runnning for a moment floors will overflow before u know it. My room was always night time lights are always dimmed and you cant adjust it. Opening the curtains doesn't help either during day time. You can barely see anything. The only plus side on booking with Belmont hotel is how convenient it is with access between the Hotel and Terminal 3 dependent on
How much luggage you have because you will have to walk and push them from terminal 3 footbridge entrance all the way to the exit. 0.3 miles walk. Hope this review helps."
