"I am a disabled man, when I arrived at hotel, I was told the third floor was my room, the hotel receptionist told me the elevator is not working and Iโll have to take the stairs.
Because I couldnโt climb the stairs because of my disability I could stay there.
I contacted hotels.com and advised of my situation, they told TO BAD and they wonโt refund me! "

"staff does not allowed early checkin and would charge you per hour if you really wanted to checkin prior to check in time, AC does not cool up the room and water in the shower is really weak it was a struugle to take a shower, thereโs hardly any water comming out."
