"I booked this hotel based on the beautiful photos and glowing descriptions on their website – what a mistake. The reality was a completely different story. The pictures showed clean, very neat room. but what I walked into was outdated, poorly maintained, and honestly felt dirty moldy place. The furniture was scratched and worn, the bed linens looked like they hadn’t been replaced in years, and the bathroom was cramped and had a weird smell.its was a non refundable room but will do my best to...

"This is a great place to stay on a budget. The owner stayed up late for us after we had a flight delay, we arrived at about 2230. The room is large, the bathroom works and they provide breakfast to your room at 0700. They also can arrange your underground river tour, they walk you straightaway to the boat.
Also, know going in that it is a small budget place in the jungle, they may or may not have any hot water. "

"It’s called “Bills Tourist Inn” so we thought they would have some info about anything. They couldn’t help with tours, any information about what and where to go and couldn’t even recommend a good restaurant, so we were on our own. Hot water would come and go and there wasn’t any WiFi to help us figure things out. We basically had to walk into the Main Street for everything anyway so we should have just stayed closer. "

"The first room was very dirty, and the bed sheets were wet and.. Sticky?...
The second room was *fine*, but still the walls and all surfaces were very dirty. "

"Basic room , used for short time stays. Not suitable as couples holiday room.. Don't make same mistake thinking the tourist inn is same as the hotel side. Not that I checked out that to compare."

"The hotel has wonderful staff. They go out of their way to assist what’s needed. They have lots of activities within the premises. They have lots of lifeguards in the pool and beach area. The only hotel that I have seen who uses a jet ski to rescue a guest that needs help .
The hotel is clean but needed renovations. The room , furnitures are old so as the bathroom.
The beach is beautiful with lots of fish. The swimming pool is old and the tiles are dirty. Needed to be renovated.
Overall the hotel is nice and the staff are all pleasant and helpful. Will go back."
"Hotel is nice but would not stay there with a family. Pretty expensive for snacks and there is absolutely zero stores around for something quick. Plug ins in room didnt hold our chargers as they kept falling out. I was approached by sales people for property investment about a dozen times and that got pretty annoying"
"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My family and I truly enjoyed our extended stay at Bai Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt welcoming and comfortable.
One of my favorite things about the hotel was its beautiful design and décor. I loved the attention to detail in our rooms and throughout the property. Everywhere you walk, the hotel feels modern, stylish, and thoughtfully designed.
What made our stay especially memorable, however, was the exceptional staff. Kent from the Pool Club and Charm from Café Bai always made us feel welcomed and genuinely happy to see us. Their friendliness, warmth, and excellent service added a special touch to our experience and made us feel right at home.
Thank you to the Bai Hotel team for a wonderful stay. We look forward to returning again in the future!"
"The room was super clean. The staff was really wanting to help. Breakfast was amazing, I didnt expect the dining area to be so large and spread out. The casino was able to help with our lots of questions with it being the first time playing."
"Great location for the airport, but a disappointing end to our holiday
After watching positive YouTube reviews, we expected much more from this hotel. Considering we started our Philippines holiday at a beautiful 5-star hotel at Newport, ending our trip at the Belmont was a real letdown and didn't feel like good value for money.
The room itself was clean but it was a disappointment overall—the bathroom was tiny, and the towels were old and small. The buffet breakfast was also a major letdown; they ran out of food and plates, and the floor staff weren't attentive at all despite there being plenty of them around.
On the positive side, the staff we interacted with—from reception, housekeeping to the porters—were great. The best part of the hotel is definitely its proximity to the airport via the Runway Manila skybridge. The luggage service was seamless: one porter took our bags to the entrance of the walk bridge, and another took over to wheel them right to the terminal entrance.
If you strictly need a clean place to sleep with effortless Terminal 3 access, it fits the bill—just don't expect 5-star comfort or a great breakfast to close out your trip."
