Lots to like here: fantastic location between the Duomo (you get a great view of it from the roof terrace!) and the Accademia, only a short walk from the station, a really friendly and helpful English-speaking proprietor, small but spotlessly clean bedroom and shower, and all at what for Florence is a very reasonable price. Just two things to be aware of: firstly, it's on the third floor and there's no lift, so not for the mobility-impaired (but Kim the proprietor carried our suitcases up for us); secondly, despite the name, they don't provide breakfast on-site, but will supply you with a voucher for the nice cafe at the end of the street. We enjoyed our visit!

Não indico, muitas escadas.

Apesar do anúncio informar que o imóvel não tinha elevador, não informaram que são três andares para subir as minúsculas escadas. Muito desconfortável. Outra questão, no banheiro colocaram apenas um mini sabonete para dois adultos utilizarem. Mesmo solicitando para colocar sabonete no banheiro, não fomos atendidos. Tivemos que comprar no mercado. Deixou a desejar.

매우 친절하고 매우 좋은 서비스를 제공한다. 물과 커피 그리고 두우모가 바로 보이는 테라스를 제공하고 위치가 매우 좋음. 숙박 종료 후 다음여행지에 대한 문제 해결 또한 매우 친절하고 적극적으로 도와 주심. 매우 강추합니다.(사진보다 호텔이 더 깔끔함)

Llegue a bed and brekfast y la primera noticia...es que no habia brekfast...que habia que pagarlo aparte. Y en ningun lugar de la compra decie ello. En el centro muy bien ubicado. Servicios escenciales. Baño basico. Lo innigualable es que esta a 100 metros del duomo. Lo peor tres pisos sin ascensor!!!!!

Great location, great service

I spent a couple of days in Novecentos Bed and Breakfast. It was great service and an excellent location, just 75 meters from Il Doumo. The host family where very friendly, the best recommendations from me.

Fantastic place in the core of Florence city centre. Super friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Bedroom & en suite were very clean and had everything we needed (including a lil fridge!). There is a roof terrace that is out of this world. Only thing is that because it is so central is quite noisy outside & has no parking (altho there's a pay parking available very close by). I would highly recomend this place if you are visiting Florence!

Bargain economy room with lots of stairs

Amazing rooftop terrace and comfortable clean room. Terrace accessed via steep stairs and apartment up 5 flights of narrow stairs. No milk sugar in room and very small window with no A.C.. Initial check in delays resolved quickly. Great location and good price.
