"Staff was helpful and friendly. Busses were on time. Clean and houskeeping was always out and about so it was very easy to get extra towels and trash bags when needed."

"The front desk person was so kind and helpful! The rooms were clean and equipped with a fridge and microwave. The distance is amazing to the parks if visiting Disneyland. Lastly , they gave my husband and I a complimentary cocktail- which was so nice ! I definitely recommend this hotel. ** the toiled seat was a bit loose *** but other than that our stay was perfect :) "

"It is a lovely hotel with a spacious and beautiful lobby with a very nice area for kids, with books, & showing Disney movies. Our room was very roomy; staff kindly let us check in early. Nice walk to Disneyland. Parking garage nice."

"Stay was for a couple nights as we went to Disneyland for the day. The biggest plus was being so close to the entrance which was necessary to be able to take my family to the room and back. The rooms were quite clean and comfortable. Some complications were present at check in but they were quickly sorted and solved by the staff, which I appreciated. A little disappointed my room was cleaned despite having the privacy notice on the door handle outside. The shower wall near the valve looked to need some maintenance as some cracks were visible. Staff was always friendly and answered all of my questions and made the experience worthwhile. I would gladly stay here again."
