“We checked into the hotel for a 2-night stay while on a Disneyland trip. We checked in after our first day at the park and it was a fast & easy check-in process. Parking was limited but we were able to find a spot. No breakfast offered but they do offer snacks/drinks in the room. The room was a one bed + bunk beds. My sons and I slept like babies, the beds were so comfortable. Plenty of towels available. We took an uber to Disneyland the next day and uber cost was less then $20 round trip……

“We were in room 6 for 3 nights. Positives: great water pressure, great location, clean sheets. Negatives: the bathroom door was off its top hinges so had to be slammed both open and closed, which was so loud. It was also a bit grimy, something I’m not used to in other 2-star stays (lamps caked in dust, doors were dirty, lots of rust everywhere, floors felt dirty. They left the e end of a toilet paper roll with no refills, but no staff onsite other than the daytime. In the end, we felt like……

“Went to a concert and made arrangements for an uber ride and a stay to play it safe. Place was ghetto, room was dirty refrigerator made a loud sound from time to time and there was no way we were going to sleep well. Talked to the front desk and told him about the situation and was asking for a refund or partial refund and he said he would talk to his manager. We left and drove home to get decent sleep. Later on that night spoke with him and i was informed that i was not going to get a refund……
