The 3rd floor balcony is the perfect place to spend hours, any time of day. One morning there were tracks from a sea turtle that had laid eggs along the seawall. “Sea La Via was the perfect place for our short family weekend away. Our host (Luanda) was very attentive to ensuring we had the right information and details on the area and described the condo unit thoroughly. The unit is in a great location on Fort Myers Beach with easy access from the parking lot to the fourth-floor unit. The views from the unit were beautiful, and it was an easy, short walk to an uncrowded beach. There were plenty of restaurants close by, along with a Publix grocery store……

“The property was so clean and the place itself was in a great location ”

“We loved everything about this 1 bedroom condo. The bed was super comfortable, the place was stocked with all the essentials and it was newly remodeled. The balcony was large and the view was amazing. The resort itself was very nice as well. The pool was great and it was about 20' from the bay. So close that I was able to fish and still hang out with my family while they swam. There is a beach within walking distance, but you must be sure footed as you have to walk down a steep cemented slope……
