“Very friendly employees Didn't have the room we booked but made accommodations for another one”

“The rooms were dirty and smelled of cat urine. The sheets were dirty. The bath had black and pink mold on the walls, tub, and shower curtain. The property was falling apart and needed maintenance. The pool was falling apart with chunks of concrete scattered throughout the bottom. It also smelled of fish. The staff was hard to track down. The breakfast was stale and cold. We ended up leaving after only 3 nights of our week stay. Overall, a very unpleasant stay.”

“For $130, I would expect the room to be clean. Bathroom had alot of water damage under the sink on the wall same for around the bath. Sink faucet moved completly over when we turned it on and off. Breakfast was ok, but bread products were definitely not fresh.”

“Good ice machine. It didn't have a coffee pot in the room or microwave. There wasn't a single plastic cup in the room so you could get a drink of water.”

“The room was clean and comfortable. When we arrived and was getting settled we found a mystery pill on the bed stand. That’s a little odd to us. We threw it away. Then we found out they are now charging for their breakfast buffet. Boo. Then another alarming thing Happened at 3 am people came into our room. Including the front desk . And when we checked out the front desk couldn’t find our name . I feel like staff and some amenities have went down a bit . Seeking manager support about the check……

“Our room smelled so bad of mildew/mold and we were offered a fan but never received one. The stocking of shampoo and conditioner was not attended to-I am not sure when our room was prepared but several things were missing. We spent two nights and our towels were replaced but beds weren’t made and again nothing replaced in the showers that was out. Staff was pleasant and we understand it’s not their fault. Swimming pool was down the whole time we were there. They do charge $4 for the coffee in……

“No housekeeping, no help from staff”

“Staff was friendly! One of the most sketch places I’ve stayed. - the door did not close properly and I had to hold my whole body against it to close and dead bolt it since that was the only lock out of 3 that worked -no towels in the bathroom to use -the door to go inside was propped open by a rock… -my mattress had no fitted sheet, the bed was not fully covered -only 2 tiny lumpy pillows -no WiFi -only 2 of my lights worked and that was the bathroom and one lamp so it was very dark -leaving no……
