“What a great location for work and visiting around the area! All the residents were friendly and helpful. Although some of the areas were dark and could have benefited from more lighting, the overall apartment was nice and spacious. The check in process could not be worse unless they tried harder. A map with clear instructions would make things so much easier and smoother! Clear explanation of how to use the fobs and to know how to lock and unlock the apartment door, use the elevator would……

“Very close to RR Airport about 20m drive thus you could hear airplane noise frequently during daytime. While it’s much less at night to barely hear them. The studio room is very spacious with modern deco and nice amenities (love the coffee). Staff are very friendly and always ready to help with big smiles, especially doorman who helped us with luggage when we left.  Major problem is the noise, not to mention ambulances (super loud when they come, but also better during night time), biggest bug……

I am going to list the gliches we encountered staying there. - the designated parking spot is nice, if you have more than 1 car there is no street parking to be found.- the listing states an ice maker. “The Potomac was the perfect place to host my family for a holiday gathering. My teens shared the bedroom on the third floor and had their own bathroom. My mom took one of the two suites. And my wife and I had the second master suite. The first floor was large enough to welcome 6 more guests for two days of food, family, and fun. The home was well appointed; the kitchen stocked. We took advantage of the complimentary Netflix subscription and backyard. The hosts even decorated for the holidays!”
