Beautiful cottage. We stayed in a cute room with two bathrooms which we loved. Quiet and beautiful walk to the castle to pick up our keys to check in. Definitely recommend.

We had to push our check-in to after 10 PM, and thankfully, they kindly accommodated us. We were greeted by a nice man at Inverlochy Castle Hotel for check-in before driving a very short distance to the Factors Inn. The room was quite spacious, clean, and neat. We had a very comfortable stay. The room has a thorough guide to the Inn and the surrounding area, which was quite informative! The room had a tea station and some biscuits to enjoy, too.

Property is secluded from the main house and beside a pub underneath that just serves 4 expensive things for dinner only there is no other amenities in this place. The room is big and beautiful but nothing else is going on.

We enjoyed our stay, and the rooms are very nice and located in the Inn with a bar below it which is convenient for refreshing drinks after the journey. Would highly recommend staying at the Factors Inn.

Pretty property but the check-in procedure could have been better signed. The staff who greeted us, although polite and, I am sure, followed procedures, made my request of two twins rather than a king for my mother and myself seem like a huge request. They did accommodate the request but I feel he was borderline rude, as I felt embarrassed and defensive over a simple request. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms too. I did have concerns that one of the treads on the stairs might be broken as it rolled under ones foot so I was a bit concerned about my 88 y. o. mother but she navigated them carefully and was fine. We did not eat at the castle. We ventured into Fort William and had a lovely meal at The Geographer. For breakfast we ate at newly opened place, which was really yummy, called Highland Basecamp Bistro.
