“This home is spotless! And, it is decorated beautifully and has lots of natural light. It appears that it has been updated recently. The furniture and appliances appear to be brand new. The location is ideal! We had a less than five minute drive to Dow Gardens, the Tridge, and Dalia Hill. We had a 10 minute (or less) walk to downtown Midland/Main Street where the shops and restaurants are located. The two car driveway was perfect for our vehicles. We liked that we were able to have off-street……

“We were attending a concert in Saginaw a needed a place to stay for one night. We looked at hotels then came across The Tanner Building apartment. It was perfect! I loved the idea of staying in a building that was built in 1867. Inside the apartment was exactly like the pictures we saw online. Very neat and clean. The kitchen and bathroom was well stocked and everything worked as it should. The location was great and very walkable to shops and restaurants. There is even a Pub right next door.……

“This place was perfect for my mom and I while visiting my son. It was small but for two it was ok. Big kitchen with a nice variety of pots and pans for cooking. The only down side was the space was cooled by small window AC. Since it was so hot outside the units had a hard time keeping the space cool in the evening when sleeping.”

9.4 分，总分 10，绝佳，（20 条点评）
“Had a nice stay at the Eagle's Nest. The view of the lake was breathtaking. Very close to stores and recreational areas. During my time there, I went to the Sanford Historical Museum before check-in, walked along the Pere Marquette Rail Trail, and mostly relaxed at the cottage watching and listening to nature. Also, I saw an otter/gopher near the end of the lawn strip and got close enough to see its head pop out of the burrow. Anyway it was a nice, relaxing getaway trip and hope to come back……
