"My wife and I stayed weekend of July 26. We enjoyed the quaint quiet retreat. Pool was amazing. Breakfast was like a Michelin star chef was cooking these very nice and succulent breakfast dishes. The convenience of the property placement made it right were all the shopping and fun spots that the historic district had to offer. "Incredibly well stocked! Had great toys, beach supplies, and a fully stocked kitchen. We had a problem with the AC ( no fault of owners) and they were super responsive and had a repair person out very quickly. Great experience!!"

Loved two sinks in the bathroom. The elevator was not working when we checked out, but it was easy enough to tote everything down the stairs. "

"We had a lovely stay in Amelia Island and the condo was perfect for our family. The condo itself was well taken care of and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. "What a beautiful place. Absolutely loved the set up of the condo and the stay on the plantation. We were there for a family reunion and had 11 people staying in your condo. It was absolutely beautiful. The walk to the beach was phenomenal. The pool was pleasant and not too crowded and access to the rest of the plantation was easy and convenient.Our only complaint was that check-in was supposed to be at 4 o’clock, but they didn’t really have the place ready until after five and at that point we just said forget it just let us come in with it not completely cleaned. That was a bit frustrating specially since they’ll charge you extra for checking in early, but They were late releasing the property to us. That was truly our only complaint. The communication was just excellent and I suspect the problem with the cleaning was a rarity based on just the volume of visitors so I wouldn’t let that stop you. Overall, we’ll probably stay there again if we’re in a similar reunion situation because it was such a good set up for us. Thank you very much."

"This was a wonderful place for our girls trip! The condo was clean and the furniture and beds were all comfortable. The walk from the beach was very easy. There are a few places with steps on the boardwalk from building C, but the boardwalk between building A and B made it easier for taking a wagon and cooler with wheels. There were chairs, boogie boards and a large cooler in the condo. The listing mentions only one parking place. There is one assigned parking place, but the other two vehicles that we brought were able to easily find spaces in front of the building. The listing also mentions a trundle bed, but there are two actual twin beds in that bedroom. Great view of the beach from the balcony! We will definitely be back!"

"Overall, an excellent place to stay. The condo is pretty and well-appointed, with lots of extras for my dog. It's close to the shops (a 5 minute walk via the walking path) and restaurants, and located right next to the Omni, so access to the bar. The pool area is right under the condo balcony and the beach right in front can get a bit crowded due to the Omni right next door. But if you want to be right in the middle of everything, its a good location. Nice complex, too. The host was very responsive to my concerns about the elevator and fireworks shot off in front of the complex (we stayed over the 4th of July). I would definitely stay here again. "

"I really enjoyed our stay. The beach was SO close, and the beach chairs were great quality. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and it was quiet even with upstairs neighbors. The condo also had tons of hangers, which is a small but appreciated detail! Lastly, even if you’re not traveling with pets, don’t let the pet friendly detail deter you. This place was spotless. "

I only mention it because the view to the ocean and beach were severely compromised due to the dirty windows. Beyond that minor detail, everything else was absolutely wonderful.
