Hot tub only worked two of the five nights, was told by staff the owners were made aware the pump was going out over a month ago and choose not to fix it. Then it went out while we were there. They decided the close the pool “for maintenance” as well.
We had something spill on our sheets and requested the room be clean, the first day we requested a clean nothing was done to the room, second day we got clean towels and the wet towels wet put onto our bed. Third request was ignored as well. This was reported to the owner whose only response was the pump was like a natural disaster they they had no control over and if we wanted things cleaned we have to put the sign on the door and speak to house keeping directly. The only solution she offered was we could leave and find a different hotel but we would not get a refund as it was reserved through a third party source. We won’t stay here again

We had a comfortable stay. Beds were good, room was clean. Breakfast was decent(cold/hot cereals, yogurt, bagels&cream cheese, english muffins. Eggs, biscuits&gravy, waffles) and coffee/cocoa available throughout day.
Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was broken/closed and pool was cold which was a main reason we booked here. Staff did apologize for the pool issues and were pleasant.
Area seemed safe and close to shopping/dining and train station.

During our stay the pool was very cold and he hot tub was broken. The breakfast was ok and the staff was very pleasant. All in all the stay was alright.

There was only one 1970,s chair in the room that was beyond uncomfortable. Room stunk, Water closet valve was messed up and kept coming on and off. Shower head was so low that you could not even get underneath it for a decent shower. Pillows for the bed were super flat and did not feel right. The ad for the room was for a senior room. Which was ADA...The check in clerk could not switch rooms as it was booked thru Expedia. Super not comfy room. I would not recomend ever staying there again in the future. It wasnt even worth 25.00 a night and thats a stretch.
