“Stumbled upon this property by accident and it was a delightful stay. The weather did not cooperate, but it was certainly fun to be at the safari with the other property amenities. The cabin was simple and well-appointed for our party of 3. The lady working the front desk was very pleasant. We used the game room in the evening. “Very great and beautiful property. The location accuracy on in the email sent for property location needs work. When you click both the address for iphone maps and click the google maps location it pulls up wrong location. Also not having the cheapest toilet paper ever made would be nice also. Other than that everything was perfect! Will definitely come back and highly recommend.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We spent a lot of our stay relaxing outside enjoying the breeze and the view, which was our main purpose for this trip. We were within walking distance of some wonderful shops. We highly recommend visiting these places. We were also a short distance (2-3 minute walk) from Pace Park, a neighborhood park that our dog enjoyed. This trip was 100% enjoyable! Would we stay here again? Most definitely.”

The kids had so much fun hunting for antlers and fossils, playing in the creek, and trying to sneak up on the deer to get a closer look.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cabin was exceptionally comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower. The bed was comfortable. WiFi was good. Our cabin included a deck with hot tub and table with chairs. The setting was charming with geese and a guinea hen. We enjoyed our neighbors, most of whom were camping nearby. Highly recommended for a relaxing and unique experience!”

“We stayed here while in the process of buying a house in Gatesville. It was home away from home and was a lovely place to relax from the stresses of life. It was clean and had everything we could have needed and more during our stay. The lake is low but we were able to hike down and explore. The house was kid friendly and had lots of books, some board games and other things to keep the kids(and adults) entertained. The owner was so very kind and responded in a timely manner. I highly recommend...
