Lazy Bear Condo - Gorgeous View, 2 BR, Indoor Pool, 15 mins to Gatlinburg

This is a spectacular 2 bedroom condo recently remodeled. The condo rests high on the mountain ridge overlooking the Great Smoky Mountains. The panoramic views are unbelievable!!
The condo is conveniently located only 12 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, a short 12-15 minute drive (all paved roads). Lazy Bear provides the best of both worlds for those wanting to see the local attractions of downtown and those who want the true Smoky Mountain experience of a beautiful mountain setting!
If you are looking for a peaceful vacation with all the activities nearby, then this is for you!! Kids won't have to go anywhere with the indoor pool and Game Pavillion. The Pavillion has a ping pong table, corn hole and plenty of room outside to play.

The property was just as described. Clean, comfy and cozy. The AC broke during my stay. The host was very responsive and gave us an upgrade for our inconveniences. We had an amazing weekend . The host will certainly be my go-to when returning.

Me, my husband, and our two sons enjoyed this lovely condo for a quick 2-nighter. The condo was very clean, cozy, decorated nicely, and had an amazing mountain view! Plenty of towel hooks, which is something small, but comes in handy while traveling with a family. The owners are very kind and accommodating. Our sons enjoyed the indoor pool the complex had to offer. The pool is smaller than what it seems online, however, it was clean and they enjoyed it. The condo complex is well-maintained. The drive is a bit steep to get there, but 4-wheel drive is not necessary. We made it perfectly fine in our Camry. Location is not too far from Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, and worth it for the peacefulness and views! We would definitely stay again. :)

Best view in the Smokies
The property was beautiful. Gatlinburg itself is a huge tourist trap. Early November was wall to wall people and impossible to get a table for breakfast or dinner. Add $20 parking anytime you park anywhere and traffic is gridlock. Avoid Gatlinburg altogether. Find a different way to get to the national park.

About 20 minutes outside of Gatlinburg. Quiet area. Relaxing. Great for families that want space. Saw a bear once when we drove up to the condo when it was dark. Fire alarm went off late at night because someone in the building was grilling or cooking. Condo was super clean and had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable.

Lazy Bear condo
Reasonably priced for the area. The views were spectacular! Just outside the Gatlinburg city limits. The condo was cozy and had everything we needed to have a great stay. There are bears in the area and we saw some almost everyday. We visited Gatlinburg, Great Smokey Mointains Park, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville. It was a great vacation!!
